101170-Criminal Record Clearance-All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing or volunteering in a licensed facility. Evidence by: LPA observed Nori Henson on the premises greeting parents. Licensee will ensure that all employees working on the premises are fingerprint cleared prior to working or being on the premises. The licensee will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 12/9/22. The staff member #1 will not be allowed on the premises until fingerprint clearance is received.
101229(a)(1) -Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision-The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. Supervision shall include visual observation. 1 Licensee will ensure that all children are supervised at all times. Licensee will submit a Plan of Correction to the Department by 12/9/22. The licensee will have a meeting with all the staff and submit the meeting agenda to the Department as well as the roster of all teachers that attended the meeting.
