There were unlocked 1 Per Director, they will make sure the back shed is locked, all the staff lockers have locks, and all sharps such as scissors and knives, will be kept were inaccessible to children. Proof of Correction will be sent to CCLD by 06/02/2023 gardening tools hammers, screwdrivers, and cleaning supplies observed unlocked in outside shed. There were unlocked prescription medications and three pairs of sharp scissors observed in the supply room area and three sharp knives observed in a drawer unlocked in middle kitchen area.

This requirement is not et as eidenced by: 1 Director agreed to adhere to CDSS/CDPH Health and Safety Guidelines on face covering - to teach and encourage children on wearing face coveing while indoors. Written POC to be submited to CCLD no later 11/4/2021. Based on LPA observartion and interview with chldren, it was reveavealed that day care children are ot encouraged, taught how to wear face mask. This poses an imminent risk to heath and safety of children in care. 8

During the inspection on or about 2:45 PM the deficiency was corrected when 4 school age children were picked up. Director agreed to submit written plan of correction to CCLD on or before 11/04/2021 to prevent the same incident. Upon arrival, LPA counted and observed that thre were 31 children present as opposed to capacity limit of 30. This poses an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.

Licensee, Jeanne Hunt agreed to implement the mask wearing indoors for all staff and will strongly encourage school age children to wear the face mask. Deficiency was corrected during the inspection. A written plan of correction (POC) will be submitted to CCLD no later than 8/4/2021. gigi.reyes@dss.ca.gov Upon LPA and LPM arrival, it was observed that no one was wearing face mask. Director Gina Goetsch stated it has not been implemented in the center because parents do not agree for children to wear face mask and will jeopardize the business. This poses an immediate risk to health and safety of children in care.

Director stated that CPR training is scheduled on 8/24/2021, certiificate of training will be submitted on 8/25/2021 During file review, it was observed that CPR and Firs Aid expired on 6/7/2021. Director stated that the staff have registered to renew the CPR and First Aid Training. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of children in care.

Director agreed for Staff to renew the Mandated Reporter Training and submit the certificate to CCLD no later than 8/25/2021. LPA review of facility file revealed that Staff 1 and Staff 2 do not have current Mandated Reporter Training Certificate per AB 1207. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of children in care.
