Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed an air vent with sharp edges accessible to the children and could be a potential hazard, window cells that are dirty, blinds that are dirty and stucko coming off and paint coming off in the area where the sinks are in the classroom.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed all pool requirements were not met. LPA observed the life ring, the pole with the body hook and the observation log were not available or visable during the inspection.
