Based on interviews and record review, on 7/12/24, LPA received report of an infant vomiting on 7/11/24 at approximately 3:00pm. Based on review of sign in and sign out sheets, the infant returned to the facility on 7/12/24 at 9:26am. This is an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. 8 by 5pm on 8/7/24 and submit to LPA email sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov.
