Building and Grounds (a) The Child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement not met as evidence by: 1 Facility staff followed Written Directives in PIN 21-21 CCP for lead water testing. Licensing Forms completed; 9275, 9276 and facility sketch submitted. Test Results were posted. Sports jugs of water are being used to provide drinking water Based on lab report analysis water from faucet CC (14/5 Parts Per Billion), The faucets samples taken on 08/03/2022 indicate levels of lead in exceedance.This poses a potential risk to children in care 8 from the other PASS sinks readily available for the staff and children. Director stated drinking fountains will be removed an faucets will be repaired/replaced. Director to submit pictures, receipts to LPA by via email
