admission. Facility representative and staff stated that on 10/25/2024, C1 was left unatttended in a classroom for an approximate time of no more than a minute. The child was observed by administration shortly after the classroom had transitioned outside. This was considered an immediate risk to the health and safety of chidlren in care.
