Facility Representative (FR) stated she has scheduled staff to open and close Toddler 2 classroom. FR stated they stopped combining Toddler option with preschoolers. LPA also will conduct a Plan of Correction visit. on 08/20/25, during LPA’s initial complaint visit, LPA observed a census of 14 children and 2 staff in the Early Preschool Classroom. However, a child enrolled in the Toddler Option program was included in the ratio that day, and a ratio of six children to each teacher should be maintained for all children in attendance at the toddler option program.
