Based on interviews, Observations, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as there is an individual who is not fringerprint cleared, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Director sent individual to go get fingerprinted as LPA was still in the facility. Civil penalties were assessed.
