101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs…(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time…Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met by: 1 Per Site Supervisor II, an active supervision training will be conducted on 2/27/2026. Site Supervisor II will provide a sign-in sheet of attendees and training material to Fresno Regional Office by 3/5/2026. This inicident was also self reported to CCLD. Based on interviews and record reviews, it was revealed that staff left child unsupervised from multiple minutes which is an immediate risk to the personal rights, health, and safety to the children in care. 8
