Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in upon arrival LPA Nunez observed Staff#2 alone in the infant classroom. Staff#2 does not have at least 3 units that is related to the care of infants or containing instruction specific to infants which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
