This requirement was not met at evidenced by LPAs observation. 1 Director had school age children separated during this inspection. Deficiency cleared during this inspection. Upon arriving at the facility, LPAs observed in the school age children and preschool children in a shared space. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of chidlren in care. 8
