The director will send in writing a plan for behavior regarding staff stepping in for child C1. This shall be sent into CCLD no later than 3/30/22. The licensee/director stated she will send in to ccl actions practiced at home and mirrored at the center. LIC 9224 will be required to be maintained in each child's file.
; LPA's observed the bathroom toilets to have rings and need cleaning, walls need to be patched and cleaned, trash cans need to be cleaned. 1 This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care. The director will send in a plan for the following cleaning and correction procedures. The Director will send in a plan and photos to complete the updates and cleaning no later than 4/1/22.
