LPA will follow up with director/owner after results of 2/23/23 test are obtained to ensure compliant ppb levels and that affected outlets have been repaired or replaced Record review shows one water outlet tested in exceedance of the allowed 5.5 ppb, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
