Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed in the Toddler Room 13 children, 5 of whom were eating snack and 8 napping with one aide, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 a 1:6 ratio in the Toddler Room. Director stated that she will submit the documents no later than 8/19/2024.
