Through staff interviews it has been determined that the facility is commingling older infants 16-24 months 1 Owner will send a plan to the department of how they will separate the infants and preschoolers when they are not within the approved waiver time frame. from the Green room with preschoolers from the Orange, Red and Blue Room during afternoon outdoor play time in the toddler yard that is facing Latimer from 4:00PM-6:00PM everyday. Additionally, facility is not compliant with the current approved waiver of the Preschoolers sharing space with older infants 16-24 months between the time frame of 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM in the Blue Room.
