Director and facility staff will watch and discusss the video on the CCLD website titled "Children's Personal Rights in Child Care." Director will also send LPA Pringle a statement from each staff member summarizing what children's personal rights are. Director and staff will watch the "Teacher-Child Ratio" training video on the CCLD website. Director will conduct a staff meeting and discuss ratio requirements and come up with a plan of action to ensure that ratio is maintained at all times.
