Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. One staff member missing current Mandated Reporter certification.
Care and Supervision" means any one or more of the following activities provided by a person or child care center to meet the needs of children in care: Supervision of children's schedules and activities for the protection of children. 1 The allegation originated from occurrences that took place on and around November of 2020. Corrections have been made, staff member involved was terminated. This requirement was not met and poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. Staff were negligent in ensuring the infants did not injure each other. 8 The agency has held infant supervision training for all new staff members. The Director has provided proof of training.
