Director will proof of water outlet having ceased operation. AD stated she will request a waiver for alternative portable water. AD agrees to update Plan of Operation to include corrections made for addressing the lead exceedance. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and/or personal rights of children in care. 8 AD shall submit all required documentation to CCL by 9/23/22.
