Based on record review, the lead testing results indicated an Action Level Exceedance for a drinking fountain located in classroom #2 outlet C which was tested on 12/16/22. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. 8 LPA received sample cheklist and self certification forms and facility sketch indicating afected outlet in the classroom. LPA observed affected outlet was capped on and drinking fountain was removed on today's inspection.
