This requirement met based on observation of facility failed to ensure safety of well kept facility gates. LPA observed the entrance to the facility gate and side gate did not have propoer latch which poses potential health and safety risk to children in care. 1 Per licensee, she agreed to have the gate fixed with proper latching and to submit picture evidence in order to clear citation by POC date: 3/6/2024
