Staff will no longer needed to take children in the Nursery room for diaper change. This citation is cleared during today's visit.

POC is cleared during today's visit.

Lead test results showed that three water sources had an action level exceedance. 1 Facility had provided correction record completed on 10/07/23 all water outlet had been removed. POC cleared during today's visit. LPA observed all three outlets had been repaced.This is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care. 8
