This requirement is not me at evidenced by 1 Per Director, the facilities director has been informed and they are waiting for parts to arrived to replace faucet. Once faucet is replaced it will be retested and results will be submitted to the department. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as the kitchen faucet B tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 25.00 ppb This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care 8
