Based on interviews and video footage reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that children were left unattended in a classroom which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 the staff training sign in sheet will be provided to the LPA by 12/18/2025 via email. In addition to the policy and training, the chld safety gate in question was changed & replaced with a more secure locking mechanism.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that children's diapering needs are not being met in a timely manner which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 no later than 5/23/2025.
