Based on record review, interviews and video footage, the facility staff did not comply with the section cited above, as a child was left unsupervised for 8 minutes in the facility restroom during the transition to the playground. A teacher from another classroom found the child unsupervised, which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on interviews and record reviews, the staff did not provide care and supervision of C1, when the child was left napping alone in the classroom, which poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
