During today's visit LPAs observed that the affected water outlets are not in use and taped off with a sign stating, "out of order. do not use." Facility is providing wate rin a water jug with cups to children The water report revealed that the facility had elevated levels of lead in one water fountain. This is a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
