(b) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. 1 Director will implement a plan in writing of how facility will remain in ratio including a copy of staff members' work schedules. It will also include a plan on the how facility plans to document when teachers from the preschool rooms come over to help the infant room. Based on documentation, the facility was operating out or ratio on two dates in April. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 All documents will be submitted to Community Care Licensing Office by the Plan of Correction due date, 07/30/2026.
