Licensee will keep documentation of the reciepts in children's folders. Licensee will email LPA the written plan and proof of reciepts for each child.

Director agreed to create a refrigerator check and cleaning plan. Director will submit plan to LPA by July 18, 2023 via email. Based on interview and observation director did not ensure there are no expired items in the refrigerator, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
