Staff #1 has completed 6.00 units and has 6.00 units in progress. Staff #2 did not have proof of educational requirements. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care. 8 Per Director, Staff #3 has completed the educational requirements to be a fully qualified teacher and will be present in the classroom with Staff #1 effective 09/10/2021. During this inspection, LPAs reviewed records for Staff #3 and Staff #3 has completed courses to be a fully qualified teacher. Deficiency cleared during this inspection.
