101215.1 Child Care Center Directors Qualifications and Duties (b) All child care centers shall have a director. The Licensee will submit the qualification requirements of the Personnel that will be a potential Facility Director by the Proof of Correction Date set as of 11/24/2021 and will be submitted to LPA via mail, fax and or email. Based on the LPA record review and staff interviews, the facility does not have a current Qualified Director. This requirement was not met as evidence. This poses an potential risk to the Health, Safety and personal rights of the children in care. 101215.1 Child Care Center Directors Qualifications and Duties (m) A child care center director shall complete the health and safety training if necessary pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. 1 The licensee will require the personnel to take the health and safety training and will submit to the LPA a written request for an exception for the Director Qualification requirement by the Proof of Correction set as 12/17/2021 and will be submitted to LPA via mail, fax and or email. Based on the LPA record review and staff interviews, the facility's Acting Director did not complete the health and safety training. This requirement was not met as evidence.
