Building and Grounds. The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evident by: 1 BY 09/06/2022, Director will submit her plan on ensuring that the metal bars are inaccessible to children and proof to Licensing. Based on observation, LPA observed that two of the parking concrete blocks had metal bars that were exposed and sharp, which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8
