This requirement has not been met by evidence: Staff#1 spoke inappropriately to a child in care. This is considered as an 1 Director stated that they have placed the staff on adminstrative leave for two days and started corrective measures such as training. LPA cleared the deficiency. immediate risk to the children in care. 8
