record review and staff interview. 1 Director stated new procedures have been put in place to prevent this type of incident from reoccurring. Director will email new procedures to LPA on 11/09/21 when she returns to the facility. Director stated she reported the positive Covid case to her ECE Specialist, but was unaware she was to report to CCLD and contact parents of the positive case. This posses a potential risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights of children in care.
