Licensee A.Huffman will submit a written incident report to Licensing 7 days of the occurrence event by due date given. LPA Calderon observed workers that were repairing the back yard gate in the chlildren play area; LPA observed no child playing in area and LPA Calderon was informed of a incident that occured at the facility during the weekend, window doors of facility were broken by a unknown individual, police report number provided by Licensee A.Huffman and Per Huffman no children were present. There was a metal pole sticking out measuring at approximately 8 inches. Outdoor fence on 2/20/25 had 3 hanging scaffolding and in addition LPA observed broken window near behind the cabinet located on the right hand side of the wall heater in the classroom.
