Director had posted the lead sampling test results. The outlets were closed off with sign "Do not use". The Director stated they have an appointment with consultant this week to determine remediation. Director will provide a plan based on consultation and City approval Lab report analysis water from Outlet F30 (7.3 ppb) & Outlet A(5.7 ppb) taken on 03/17/2023 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care. 8 process as to how outlets will be fixed, repaired and or replaced. Plan to be sent to LPA by 05/10/23
