101223 (a)(1) Personal Rights -The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. 1 The teacher was suspended on March 16, 2026 for one week and then later terminated on March 23, 2026. The director will conduct a workshop on Personal Rights on 4/15/25 and provide a copy of the agenda on 4/16/25 to the Department. The parent will receive a copy of the report and LIC 9224. This is evidenced by: Staff #1 pushed Child #1 into a rack outside near the food area. This is a Personal Rights Violation and an immediate risk to the Health & Safety of Children in Care. 8
