Based on observation, upon arrival to the facility in room #1 LPA Macias observed the center out of ratio, as well as out of compliance. The LPA witnessed a classroom Aide left alone with fourteen children. No teacher present in the classroom at time of arrival.This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
