Based on record review, C1s individual feeding plan indicated C1 was to be fed every two to two 1/2 hours. Per Interviews conducted, infant exceeded time of feeding stipulated in the Needs and Service Plan. This poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to the persons in care.
LPA observed one infant in carel asleep in a swing 1 LPA observed director remove child swing from the classroom during visit and placed infant in a crib. Per director, she also agrees to provide training to staff regarding Infant Safe Sleep. Proof of this training must be submitted to LPA Beneroso no later than 11/14/2023 The staff did not take action to move the infant to a crib or play yard as soon as as child fell asleep. This is an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to the infants in care.
Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed jungle gym not properly anchored and with lose screws and pieces which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
