It was also revealed that the Director has been out of the CCC for about 3 weeks due to medical issues and this information was not reported to the Department. Director will submit caldenar with training date and once trainings occur, Director agrees to submit the agenda, sign-in and supporting documents for the training provided via email On 8/3/23, child received a seriously bodily injury in the CCC that resulted in C1 being diagnosed with an acute fracture of distal radius and ulna which was 100% displaced.
