Based on interviews, and documents obtained the facility did not comply with the section cited above when S1 did not verify the correct bottle and... 1 By 04/24/2026, Director of Programs stated the facility will talk to staff and submit statement on how the facility will remain in compliance to prevent these incidents from happening again. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.. fed C1 almost half of the bottle containing breastmilk that belonged to C2 which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.

Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision. The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in 1 Facility has implemented a new name to face tracking system.Staff received training on the new tracking system on 4/25/25. Citation is cleared during the visit. Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as evidenced: C1 left the classroom unsupervised which poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
