Based on A1 did not ensure that A2 obtained a criminal record clearance prior to residing on the premises. Additionally, S4 did not have fingerprints on file during today's inspection. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to the children in care and a $1000 Civil Penalty was assessed for individuals, A2 and S4. 8 This shall be sent to LPA Rosales-Meza at: leticia.rosales@dss.ca.gov by 8/30/22.
