... 1 On August 30, 2023 the facility conducted training on safety and supervision, Who will monitor child one on one care, Reviewed procedures, room placement, outdoor coverage for exits, focusing on all children not just assigned. Agenda form was signed by all staff. NO POC is needed. which poses an immediate risk to the children in care. A staff member left the back door open while taking a parent the sign out sheet allowing a child to exit the backdoor by himself.
Based on observation and interviews, facility did not comply with the section cited above when staff was aggressively handling a child which poses an potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
