Licensee will review CCLD video regarding supervision at facility centers, and will confirm that she viewed this with LPA Sutter. Through interview, LPAs learned that there were times that children were left unsupervised while in care due to inadequate staffing, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Licensee will provide LPA with a written statement, showing that she understands that children under 2 years old may not attend the facility without an approved exception from Child Care Licensing. Through record review, LPAs learned that a child (C1) attended the facility before the were 2 years old, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Licensee will submit a director packet to LPA Sutter. Through record review, LPAs learned that director (S3) was never reported to licensing, which poses a a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
