(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. The Director will hire a Pest Control company to come to facility to access the current rodent problem. The Director will send a copy of invoices obtained from Pest Control Company (1) The licensee shall take measures to keep the center free of flies, other insects, and rodents. 8 with information on how the facility has been secured from having rodents come inside of the facility and all measures have been made to keep the center free of rodents.
