Based on interview statements from S4 disclosing the facility had a male substitute and he probably did not change the children pull-ups. Also P1, P2 and P5 disclosed they have picked up their child from the facility in a soiled pull-up more than once, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights to persons in care.
(a) (1) Commencing September 1, 2016, a person shall not be employed or volunteer at a day care center if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles.
