Based on interview & record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as one staff member's criminal background check is still in process and therefore does not have an eligible clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as toileting wipes, disinfecting wipes, adult scissors, and shaving cream were being stored in a low, unlocked cabinet or drawer which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on LPA viewing of a video posted online (YouTube) as well as statement by staff member, it was determined that unmasked children were in close quarters during a holiday event. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
