(a)The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee shall ensure all plumbing fixtures remain in good repair and that adequate running water is available at all times. The Licensee shall develop and implement a written procedure for responding to water outages, Based on observations and interviews, the facility did not maintain the premises in good repair. The facility experienced periods of no running water, non flushing toilets, and insufficient water pressure on May 14, May 15, and May 22, 2026. A children's toilet was also found non operational for an extended period. These conditions impacted toileting, diapering, and required hand washing, posing a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 including communication to staff and parents and steps to maintain sanitation.
