LPA's observation of Staff 1 supervising three children during the absence of the director. Staff 1 is determined to be unqualified.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the Director was not present during the inspection, and neither Staff 1 or Staff 2 or fully qualified teachers, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as Staff 1 or Staff 2 could not provide proof of the requirements posted above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on LPA's observation, staff did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival to the facility, LPAs observed toddler aged children and preschool aged children playing on the same playground at the same time. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
