Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. There was a container with scissors on top of a cabinet next to children's library area that were accessible to children in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The wood jungle gym was splintering and needed to be treated. The roof/cover of play equipment was broken with jagged edges and a bicycle with ends of handlebars exposed, no rubber covering.
