Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.4 ppb of lead in their water source. Once received, the facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixtures. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 The facility will also continue to not use the affected fixture as it is not part of their day care facility. The facility is using other sources of water that passed the tests.
