Based on observation and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as LPAs observed Staff 1 and Staff 2, who were determined to be aides, supervising children without a teacher present, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care 8 teacher present. LPA provided director with infant supervision regulations.
